Very good value, especially for a rechargeable hearing aid. My ear canals are small but the closed, peaked domes that came on the units fit perfectly. I have tinnitus, and my tinnitus has seemed to stop a huge amount. I find that my sound sensitivity to higher frequencies has increased and I can understand speech better.

I have mild to moderate hearing loss. I bought 2 of these hearing aids because the reviews were very good, the price seemed fair, I loved the 1 month return policy and the 1 year warranty. When I put them on my hearing improved immediately. The quality of sound was also good. They are very small and I can't see them when I look in the mirror. I am also able to wear my glasses easily with these. Because I had never worn hearing aids, I was unprepared for the noises around me at first and thought I would not be able to continue to wear them--noises such as my loud footsteps, or loud chewing noises or the jingling of keys and other unexpected sounds. As I continued to wear them however , those sounds stopped bothering me. It took me about 2 weeks to try all the available variations and find what works for me. I have decided to wear them only for about 3 hours a day when I go to a restaurant so I can hear the other people at my table better. This means I will only need to charge them every 4 to 7 days. Shortly after I bought them I received an e-mail from the company offering any support that I might need. I was able to ask questions and get a fast response. I do appreciate this good customer support. I am really very happy with this purchase.

This is the 3rd hearing aid brand I have tried. The MDHearing device was ok. The Nano was awful. The Bossa Hearing has a good quality sound for a hearing aid... specially at the price advertised for. The device is actually impressive right out of the box with attention to detail. The case is nicely done. There are 3 packages of accessories including several types of ear tips, a cleaning kit, and the instructions are well laid out without mis-translations or typos. Full hearing aids are made in China as are most hearing amplifiers. The Bossa Hearing company has put time and thought into their device, and in delivering what a US customer would want. On top of all this it is an exceptional price.

This is the most amazing hearing aid that I have ever owned. It is without a doubt one of the best on the market. Not only is the amplifier great, but the company and the staff cannot be outdone!!! I have the most expensive hearing devices packed away in a drawer, because they don’t work. Never again will I own any except, Bossa Hearing. You cannot go wrong if you order this product! I am serious, stop looking to buy hearing aids for THOUSANDS of dollars. Try these out for $79 a pair. Either way, they have a 30-day money back guarantee. So, if anything goes wrong just return it. The only problem I have is that the battery did die on me after 5 months of use. But they have a 1 year manufacturers warranty so I emailed them and they sent me AN ENTIRE NEW PAIR... WHAT?!?! Bought this hearing aid, because it was inexpensive and l wanted to see how well it fit and worked. It worked very well, but the ear fit is extremely important to eliminate background noises. If you’re very active you constantly have to keep pushing it back in place. Worth the price, yes. Customer service? Amazing. These truly changed my life. My husband is not annoyed with me anymore and we can finally listen to the TV without blasting the volume. I can finally hear my grandchildren. I am literally shedding tears as I type this review. This company has bent over backwards to make sure that I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Do not hesitate to give this company a try ! I will now explain my experience. I have moderate hearing loss from being in fabrication field for the last 39 years. I'm sure my high school years of attending Ted Nugent , Led Zeppelin we're also not helpful. I was tested and yes they said I was a candidate. They showed me and let me try a model. We'll the price was $1,800.oo! Insurance would not cover, I was out of luck. I then said why not try Bossa?
